Stuart Fuller
Stuart is Seedler’s Founder and Owner, recognised expert in collaboration techniques, strategic programmes, and contract and supplier management.
Collaboration lies at the heart of everything I do. Whether it’s commercial relationships, internal programmes, or driving interdepartmental dynamics. I believe in the power of well considered collaboration coupled with subject matter expertise to drive meaningful outcomes. Founding Seedler has been an opportunity to help organisations lay strong foundations or rebuild structures that enable them to manage risk effectively and create value from their commercial and operations functions.
In December 2024, I was honoured to be elected to the Advisory Council of the Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW). This role allows me to contribute to the development of collaborative principles and strategies to the Institute, and in turn share insights from other industries to help organisations adopt innovative and effective collaborative practices.

As its founder and owner, I’ve shaped a business that specialises in helping organisations navigate complexity, develop their compliance and commercial functions, and streamline operations to achieve sustainable success. Anthony Wicks
Anthony is Seedler’s Specialist Services Director, a highly experienced technical author, and a contract and supplier specialist.
With over 20 years of senior roles in the utilities industry, he brings extensive expertise and a passion for strategic relationship management, supplier engagement, commercial transformation, and risk management, spanning sectors including IT services, telecoms, tech, and systems.
Anthony is skilled in contractual, operational, and strategic relationship management, setting the direction for high performing partnerships that deliver value and innovation beyond contractual terms. He has a proven ability to design and implement effective operating frameworks and procedures that enhance efficiency across end-to-end commercial processes.
